We want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, here’s how to return your item:
Step 1: Request a Return
- Email hello@lbedesign.com within 30 days of your purchase stating your reason for return with proof of purchase.
- Ensure your item is unused, in its original condition, and packaged in the original box.
Step 2: Choose a Return Shipping Option

Use our pre-paid label:
We’ll send you a shipping label. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. -
Use your own shipping method:
You can choose your preferred carrier, but we are not responsible for items lost in transit. We recommend using a trackable service or purchasing insurance for items over $75.
Step 3: Ship the Item Back
- Package the item securely in its original packaging.
- Make sure it’s in unused condition to qualify for a refund.
Step 4: Receive Your Refund
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll email you to confirm approval.
- If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Note: Shipping costs (original and return) are non-refundable.

Exchanges (for Damaged or Defective Items)
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, email hello@lbedesign.com.
- We’ll provide a pre-paid label for return shipping and send a replacement once the item is received.
Express Shipping
- We offer expedited shipping via UPS for orders within the contiguous 48 states.
- Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and shipping location.
- Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
International Shipping
- We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated based on the size and weight of your order.
- For inquiries about international orders, please email hello@lbedesign.com.
Important for International Orders:
- You may be responsible for import taxes, duties, or customs fees based on your country's regulations. LBE Design is not liable for these charges.
- Be sure to check your country’s customs policies before placing your order.
- If an order is returned or refused due to unpaid customs fees, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
