WHAT MAKES LBE CERAMICS BETTER THAN OTHER POTS ON THE MARKET?
LBE Design ceramic planters are crafted from premium high-fired stoneware, making them durable and watertight. Inspired by the thin aesthetic of vintage pots, we use labor-intensive, high-quality techniques that ensure each piece will stand the test of time.
DO LBE CERAMIC CYLINDERS HAVE A DRAINAGE HOLE?
Yes, we offer both options to suit your needs. Our drainage planters come with a hole and a matching saucer to catch excess water, while our cachepots are designed without a drainage hole, perfect for indoor use.
WHAT SIZE PLANTER SHOULD I CHOOSE?
Our planters are sized to fit standard grow pots, with names reflecting the pot size they’re designed for—for example, our Round Two 4'' planter fits a 4'' grow pot, while the Ten Ceramic Cylinder fits a 10'' grow pot. Check each product page for specific dimensions, as grow pot sizes can vary slightly.
ARE YOUR PLANTERS ECO-FRIENDLY?
Yes, our planters are crafted with sustainability in mind. Made from hand-glazed, durable ceramics and paired with FSC-certified wood stands, all packaging is plastic-free, providing an eco-conscious experience from production to delivery.
ARE YOUR PLANTERS SUITABLE FOR OUTDOOR USE?
Our planters are designed with indoor spaces in mind but are also suitable for mild outdoor conditions. Made from furniture-grade materials, they perform well outdoors but should be brought inside when temperatures dip below 45°F to protect the ceramics.
DO YOU OFFER PLANT STANDS?
Yes, we offer plant stands that complement our cylindrical planters in rounded-leg teak and square-leg mahogany styles. Each stand is easy to assemble, with dual-styling options, and we also offer planter and stand bundles to ensure a perfect fit.
DO I HAVE TO RE-POT MY PLANTS INTO THE CERAMIC POT?
No need! Our planters are designed to fit most standard grow pots, so you can place your plant directly in the LBE planter without repotting. We suggest adding gravel or styrofoam at the bottom for drainage if you’re using a cachepot style.
IS IT BETTER FOR MY PLANT TO STAY IN ITS GROW POT?
Yes, keeping your plant in its grow pot offers several benefits: it makes it easier to water thoroughly, helps prevent root rot, and makes plant care more manageable.
ARE YOUR PLANT STANDS MADE FROM SUSTAINABLY SOURCED MATERIALS?
Yes, we use only reclaimed or FSC-certified plantation-grown wood for our stands, finished with a non-toxic, food-grade oil that enhances durability without harmful VOCs (volatile organic compounds).
ARE LBE CERAMICS DURABLE?
Despite their thinner, lighter design, our ceramics are highly durable and chip-resistant, thanks to premium clay, advanced manufacturing techniques, and high firing temperatures.
